The taste
Made by Pastelerías Manuel Segura, a family pastry house that has worked in Daroca since 1874. The fruit is candied slowly to keep its juiciness and colour, and the chocolate balances the sweetness.
Sold in a 200 g box. Best before 6 months; keep in a cool place (16 to 18 °C).
