Withdraw from your order

You can withdraw from your order within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason. It takes two steps. We confirm by email.

• We only accept unopened products in their original packaging back. Opened food cannot be returned.
• The cost of returning the products is yours. We refund everything you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of your withdrawal.
