SpanishSecrets (KVK 42158466) wants you to be happy with your order. This page is the full text on the cooling-off period, returns, refunds and faults. It forms part of our Terms of service.
You may withdraw from your order within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason. If your order arrives in more than one parcel, the 14 days start when you receive the last one. For a gift, they start when the recipient receives it.
Use the Withdraw from your order page, email us at info@spanishsecrets.com, or use the model withdrawal form at the end of this page. You do not need to give a reason. We confirm your withdrawal by email.
Send the products back within 14 days after telling us you withdraw. Email us first, so that we expect the parcel. Then send the products to: SpanishSecrets (PRIPAR00045221), Weteringweg 18, 2641KM Pijnacker, The Netherlands. The cost of returning the products is yours.
For food delivered sealed, an exception applies for health and hygiene reasons if you broke the seal after delivery. We therefore only accept unopened products in their original packaging back. An opened product cannot be returned. A box can only be returned as a whole if every product in it is unopened. So only open a product when you are sure you want to keep it.
We refund everything you paid, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after you tell us you withdraw. We may wait with the refund until we have the products back or you show that you have sent them. We refund with the payment method you used. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than the standard one, we do not refund the extra cost. If you have used or handled the products more than needed to assess them, we may deduct an amount for the loss in value.
We deliver products that match the description and are fit for normal use. If something arrives damaged, spoiled or not what you ordered, email us within 2 months of discovering it, with your order number and preferably a photo. We replace it or refund it, and we pay the cost of returning it if we ask you to send something back. Your statutory rights remain. This policy does not limit them.
