Shipping is free in the Netherlands on orders of €40 or more, which covers every Navidad box. Below that, you see the cost at checkout before you pay. For other EU countries the cost is also shown at checkout.
Outside the Navidad drop, we dispatch your order within 7 days. The carrier brings it to the address you give at checkout. If we do not deliver within 30 days or the agreed time, you can give us an extra period. If the product is still not delivered, you can terminate the agreement and we refund everything.
Orders close on Sunday 8 November. Boxes are assembled by hand and delivered by 4 December, in time for Sinterklaas. If we do not expect to make that date, we tell you in good time and you can cancel free of charge with a full refund.
Make sure someone can accept the parcel. If nobody can, the carrier follows its own rules, for example delivery to neighbours or a pick-up point. We do not simply leave a parcel at the door unless you asked for that when you ordered. In that case the risk passes to you as soon as the parcel is left at that place.
The parcel is your responsibility from the moment you, or a person you name, receive it.
