The taste
Sixty-six percent almond, with sugar and glucose syrup. Gluten-free. Not covered by the Jijona y Turrón de Alicante IGP, which applies only to turrón; this is the family's own recipe, made the same way beside it.
Sold in a 250 g bag. Shelf life 6 months, shorter than the turrón.
